We hope your Animal Contacts, Full Eye Sclera lenses, and other enchanting products have brought your visions to life. However, we understand that sometimes a spell might need recasting. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to ensure your experience remains as mystical and satisfying as possible.

1. The Enchantment Period

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange. This allows ample time for you to try on your contacts and ensure they fit your mystical persona.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To protect the health and safety of all our customers, the following products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All Contact Lenses (including but not limited to: Animal Contacts, Cat & Dragon Eye, Cosplay Contacts, Elf, Full Eye Sclera, Mesh & Spider, Mini Sclera) for hygiene reasons. Once opened, they cannot be resold.
  • Any item that is clearly used, damaged, or not in its original packaging.
  • Clearance items, as they are offered at a deeply discounted rate.

3. The Return & Exchange Ritual (Process)

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Coven: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Our support team will guide you through the process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the unused, unopened item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and order details.
  3. Ship It Back: Mail the package to the following address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund of Gold (Payment Refunds)

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method or bank’s processing times.
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days.
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund, including return shipping costs, to rectify our mistake.
