The Delivery Portal (Shipping Policy)
Once your order is placed, our coven swiftly begins preparing your magical items for dispatch.
Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days. We work our magic to get your order to the shipping carriers as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods & Timelines:
- Standard Shipping (12.95): Powered by DHL or FedEx. Your magical package will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our lair.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, powered by EMS. This economical method takes 15-25 business days for delivery after dispatch.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs clearance. We ship globally, though delivery to some parts of Asia and remote regions may not be available.
The Recrafting Ritual (Returns & Exchanges)
We want you to be utterly thrilled with your mystical vision. However, we understand that sometimes a chosen form may not be the perfect fit.
The Enchantment Period: You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.
Items That Cannot Be Returned (Final Sale)
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following magical artifacts are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All Contact Lenses (including but not limited to: Animal Contacts, Cat & Dragon Eye, Cosplay Contacts, Elf, Full Eye Sclera, Mesh & Spider, Mini Sclera) for paramount hygiene reasons. Once the seal is broken, the magic is yours alone.
- Any item that is clearly used, damaged, or not in its original packaging.
- Clearance items, as they are offered at a deeply discounted, one-time-only rate.
The Return & Exchange Ritual (Step-by-Step Process)
- Contact Our Coven: Within the 15-day window, send an owl (email) to [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Our support team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without this number cannot be accepted.
- Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the unused and unopened item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and order details.
- Ship It Back: Mail the package to the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund of Gold (Payment Refunds)
Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
